My Practice

I’m Cindy, an accredited CBT therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. I work privately as a therapist, alongside my role in the NHS, and lecture on the MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Counselling at the University of Suffolk. I also provide self-confidence coaching and deliver evidence-based organisational workshops through my How to Be Resilient programme.
