How to Be Resilient

An evidence-based course to cultivate confidence and resilience

To be resilient, it helps to understand what resilience actually means. Most people think resilience is something that other people possess, but that’s not true—anyone can develop resilience.

But for change to happen, we need to understand how our brains work and why we think, feel, and react the way we do. Anxiety and the fight-or-flight response connect us back to our stone age ancestors, preparing us for action against perceived threats. However, without understanding these automatic responses, we may find it difficult to experience self-confidence and build resilience.

The good news?

Anyone can build self-confidence and resilience.

It begins with understanding these natural responses and learning how to work with them, rather than against them.

Delivered over 12 weeks, the How to Be Resilient course combines science-backed strategies with practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and strength. Each week, you’ll focus on a different aspect of resilience, building skills in healthy thinking, emotional regulation, self-belief, and connection.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a comprehensive toolkit to manage the ups and downs of daily life — and the confidence to handle them with ease.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Cindy in one-to-one sessions, where you’ll focus on your unique needs and personal goals. You’ll also have access to a weekly group call, offering a supportive space to connect with others, exchange ideas, and strengthen your journey toward greater confidence and resilience.
